Privacy Policy

Last updated May 2026

AdmitStack is operated by EduAvenues for admissions consultants, tutoring teams, and other education practices. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and delete information from visitors, trial users, and customer workspaces.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email, practice name, account signup details, guided setup requests, support messages, product feedback, and billing or trial-related information. We also collect basic website and product metadata such as page views, browser type, device information, campaign source, referral source, timestamps, error events, and approximate location inferred from network or analytics data.

If you use a workspace, you may choose to enter practice, household, parent or guardian, student, counselor, session, task, deadline, import, document, note, draft, and feedback information. During early access, start with sample or sanitized data until your practice is comfortable with the current product limitations and terms.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate AdmitStack, create and secure accounts, provide workspace features, respond to inquiries, support guided setup, troubleshoot bugs, analyze product usage, improve the service, send service-related messages, manage trial or billing workflows, enforce our terms, and meet legal, security, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Student And Family Data

AdmitStack is built for education practices, so workspace data may include information about students, parents, guardians, applicants, and families. Your practice is responsible for deciding what information it is authorized to enter, upload, import, or share in AdmitStack. Do not enter information your practice does not have the right to process.

AdmitStack is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information directly. If you enter information about a minor, you represent that you have the authority required to do so for your practice and the services you provide.

AI And Generated Outputs

AdmitStack may help turn counselor notes and workspace context into draft parent updates, student follow-ups, internal notes, task lists, summaries, and other reviewable outputs. Counselors remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving outputs before relying on them or sending them outside the workspace.

Current early-access workflows are designed to keep sample and customer-entered context inside the product workflow. If external AI providers are enabled for production features, we use them to provide the requested product functionality and do not sell student, family, or workspace content. We do not intentionally use customer workspace content to train generalized AI models.

Vendors And Disclosure

We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, analyze, bill for, and operate AdmitStack. These may include hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, payment, error monitoring, customer support, and AI infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, business transfers, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell customer workspace content, and we do not use student or family records for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and site functionality. We may use lightweight analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand aggregate site and product activity. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without essential cookies.

Security And Access Controls

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including account authentication, workspace-level access controls, environment variable management, restricted operational access, and logging practices intended to avoid unnecessary sensitive content. No service can guarantee perfect security, so report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Retention And Deletion

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide AdmitStack, support your practice, maintain business records, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Workspace data is generally kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized after cancellation or expiration unless a narrower record must be retained for payment, tax, security, legal, backup, or dispute reasons.

Backups are not edited record by record. When we delete live workspace data, backup copies expire under the applicable backup retention schedule.

Your Requests

You can email us to request access, export, correction, deletion, or cancellation for your AdmitStack workspace. We may need to verify that you control the workspace or are authorized by the account owner before acting on a request. We target a 10 business day response window during early access.

International Use

AdmitStack is operated from the United States and is currently intended for United States-based practices. If you use AdmitStack from another jurisdiction, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as AdmitStack changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the site, product, or account contact path when appropriate.
